I’m so excited to now offer one of my favourite childhood foods “Shakshuka”!
Shakshuka is a traditional North African dish bursting with the spicy flavours of slow cooked tomato, chilli, garlic and capsicum, with splashes of olive oil and spices. Traditionally served with eggs as a breakfast speciality, it has found its way across the menu adding zing as a delicious pasta sauce, pizza sauce and dip.
